At Generation 3 Fitness, we don't believe in "one size fits all" programs. We know that each person's fitness journey & health goals are different and unique to them. That's why we created the Try Training starter package. With our Try Training option, our certified personal trainers will work with you to develop customized fitness plans that will help you achieve long-term results.
Your Try Training package includes two sessions with a trainer. During your initial session, we will interview you to learn more about your fitness goals and medical history. We will then move on to our assessment workout: a 10-minute workout designed to gauge your physical abilities. From there, we will schedule a second workout and discuss the best training options for your overall goals.
