Art is our fearless leader and founder of Generation 3 Fitness. As a coach and fitness trainer with over 10 years of experience, his mission is to motivate people around the world to reach their health and fitness goals. His motto is "you can create yourself into whatever you want to be." Art specializes in strength & conditioning, cross-fit training, one-on-one coaching and small & large group training. When he is not busy training his loyal clients, Art can be found competing in (and winning) bodybuilding competitions around the U.S.

Jenae is a personal trainer, fitness expert and lead instructor at Generation 3 Fitness. While she started her career in corporate America, her passion for healthy living ultimately led her to join G3 and help others achieve their health & wellness goals. Jenae is also a competitive natural bodybuilder and successfully competes in events all over the U.S. In addition to being a passionate fitness expert, Jenae is also the owner and operator of our sister company, the indoor play facility G3 Kid's Zone.

Dom is a certified personal trainer & fitness expert. He has over 30 years of experience in bodybuilding & powerlifting and has competed on stages across the country. He is known in the bodybuilding world for coining the phrase “iron cardio”, a training method that incorporates resistance training with aerobic training. Dom is passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals and instills in his clients the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
