What can I expect during my first session at Generation 3 Fitness?
At Generation 3 Fitness, our goal is to create the best training experience for each person who walks through our door. We develop personalized plans for your specific fitness goals, so during your visit, you can expect to have a thorough consultation with your trainer. This will include a review of your health history, fitness goals, any past & present injuries and addressing and questions or concerns that you may have. This will help us create the best, most effective training plan for you.

You don't need to leave the kids at home to enjoy a great workout. Our members have access to G3 Kid's Zone, where kids can play and learn in a safe environment while you sweat it out at our studio.
I’m a performance athlete. Will Generation 3 Fitness provide enough of a challenge for me?
Absolutely. We have several options for athletes who are already performing at high levels. We recommend focusing on one-on-one or semi-personal training with our fitness trainers for a more challenging and specific workout experience. Several of our trainers are competitive bodybuilders, so they understand know exactly how to enhance your physique.
What if I am new to exercise or out of shape? Will I be able to keep up during training classes?
First of all, congrats on taking the first step in your fitness journey! We have many years of experience working with individuals at all levels of fitness, so there is no need to feel intimidated. You will be exercising at your own pace under the supervision of some of the best trainers out there. With any fitness regimen, we recommend starting slowly and working your way up to more challenging exercises. Our goal is to get you to the fitness level you desire while minimizing the chances of injury -- and have fun while doing it!
When will I see results?
That depends on the kind of results you’re looking for. If you are looking to lose weight, exercise alone will not give you the results you want. But if you have the right mindset, good nutritional guidance and discipline, then you will see better results. Depending on your lifestyle choices, you can see fat loss or weight loss in as quickly as a few weeks. To see increased strength and muscle size, it will take around 6-8 weeks. For an overall feeling of well-being, you’ll notice it right away!
Will the training make me bulky?
This is a common concern among women, and for some men as well. If you want to be a competitive bodybuilder, we have trainers with plenty of bodybuilding experience available to help. However, the chances of your muscles getting bulky through our general training sessions is not likely. But if you find that your body is changing in a way that you don’t want or like, we can always reevaluate your training program and make appropriate adjustments.
